Sigmamech Engineering facility is spread over 35,000 sq.ft and houses some of the latest CNC equipment.

Our current manufacturing capacity stands at 240000 CNC machining minutes per month. The current capacity will be augmented to 350000 machining minutes per month from April 2012. This capacity is further supported by other conventional machines.

Manufacturing Services

Since our inception we have catered to the Aerospace requirement of Hindustan Aeronautical Limited, a navaratna company head quartered in Bangalore. We have worked on manufacturing several critical components, jigs, fixtures and assemblies for Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) and Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH).

We were also instrumental in the manufacturing of the prototype of Unmanned Aerial vehicle (UAV) for National Aerospace Laboratory.

 

 

Sigmamech Engineering has catered to subsidiaries of many automobile giants like TVS motors, Ashok Leyland, Bosch, Gabriel India among others. We have been involved in manufacturing components such as Handle Holder for TVS Apache and Switch Housing for Maruti Suzuki in large volumes, supplied with stringent quality standards and a minimal rate of rejection.

 

Sigmamech Engineering is engaged in the manufacturing of top of the line quality Hydraulic Hose fittings such as nuts, nipples, inserts and adapters. Our products are sought after by discerning customers in India and abroad. Capability includes manufacture of products using varied material like Titanium (B 381 Gr F5), Stainless Steel (08X18H10T, 321, 316) & Steel (ASTMA 105).

We have good expertise in manufacturing these hose fittings with various thread forming like NPT, NPSM, NPSC, NPTR, UNF, NPTF, BSPT among others.
